work.

okay, so here's a list of why i'm so stressed this week, this is today's to-do list, completed:

1. had to come to the office today on my 'home day' because the printer messed the proofs yesterday, and the other org. whose cards we're printing sent files with no bleeds.

2. last night at midnight i get the files to fix them and resubmit to the printer. BUT the woman forgot to include the images she used in each file... so we wait...

3. get images this morning, fix files, insert new TIFFs in place of JPEGS, bleed correctly, export, upload to printer's FTP, done. oh, one more proble- fix files, upload, done.

4. mug company effed up the print job on our mug order. we need them replaced for free. back and forth emailing.

5. one box to be replaced from here, one replaced from a drop shipment in the states. easy enough.

6. NO WAY! customer calls, decides she wants to cancel her order for those mugs. okay, now going on 1001 emails to mug people.

7. all the while phones ring ring ring hello tell me about this that bla bla orders and blabbing

8. weekly specials email with daily sales, from today up until when i return from vacation (9 products)... constructed including product images, links, etc. & sent out to our customer email list.

9. a walk-in customer! yay! stop what you're doing and attend. phones still ringing. okay browse, add up order, purchase complete. bye.

10. LUNCH.

11. create new covers for new booklets we're putting in the fall catalogue.

12. work on pages for new fall catalogue which has to be at the printer at the end of the week i get back. compile an order for the pages and correct any wrong-facing ones.

13. in walks purolator to pick up defective mugs, and what-ho! they didn't tell us to complete anything beforehand, so dude is all attitude with me, whilst checking me out creepily (and he's wearing a do-rag hahahahah), about that even though i said they didn't tell us. a call-tag means THEY provide all info and we just package it. FUCK. come back tomorrow.

14. 'SPLODE.

15. reassemble. drink.
