purgito ergo sum?
one of the main things moms taught me was to purge, emotionally. not to bottle it up until it explodes (because it never goes away).
i was surprised at my "happiness index" level, but why? should I be? sometimes i doubt my own progress, okay, a lot of the time... most of the time... but yeah, i am pretty damn happy: in my work, with myself, and with the company i choose to keep.
and it is not for lack of crying and writing so hard that the words are engraved on the bed below, but more likely because of it.
no pain no gain.
so i suppose that whole "take the good with the evil" thing is true after all.
huh.
